How to refer your patients

Referring a patient is easy:

Please call 604-736-5404 to speak to our Client Care Coordinator.
She will fax a Referral Form to your office.
Please fax the completed referral form to 604-736-5424.
We will contact your patient to arrange an appointment.

Having suffered from incontinence for years, I thought that it was something that I was just going to have to live with- it never occurred to me that I could have it fixed. Everyone I know who has had kids seemed to be in the same situation- no more jumping jacks for us! When one of my girlfriends told me she had gone to see Dr. Wilkie and she no longer "leaked".
